You are not directly liable for the actions which have been commited but in the last lawsuit I heard of the guy was found guilty for providing the means to commit the actions and got his share for that.
I personally find this ridiculous and I wonder if this kind of argumentation stands in front of a higher court, but it will cost quite some money on lawyers to find out. With any form of protection enabled you are on the safe side afaik. However, since this is getting quite offtopic for OpenBSD now we should continue this in pm or next time we meet, if desired. -sm
