I wanna set a -current openbsd installation.
The FAQ [1] for 5.6 say I need etc56.tgz, so my question is do I need a
 etc57.tgz to install a snapshot?
Because I can't find this file in the
 servers.

You're looking at the wrong FAQ (OpenBSD 5.6 Installation Guide).

Since you're upgrading to 5.7, you want
 http://www.openbsd.org/faq/current.html

Already figured out, system installed.

Sometime after 5.6 release the etc packages went away and the files are part of
base packages.
