I have upgraded to the latest -current snapshot (see dmesg below). My AP has now been up for 48hrs without interruption, so I can confirm that ral+ wpa works on my 2860 card (SparkLAN WMIR-215GN). Thanks to the developers for all the hard work on this - you have a happy customer who is off to buy another T-Shirt.
