[mitk-users] Progress Bar after system call stops

2011-08-29 Thread Cristina Oyarzun
Hello,

I am using mitk:ProgressBar inside a function that contains a system call.

I was expecting the ProgressBar not to show any progress during the call,
but I thought it would continue working in the steps after the system call
was over and it is not. Is there any way in which I can do that?

Thank you!

[mitk-users] QmitkSliceWidget does not visualize the data

2011-05-09 Thread Cristina Oyarzun
Hello!

I am porting a functionality from QT3 (mitk 0.12.2) to QT4 (mitk revision
29842) and I have a problem with QmitkSliceWidget.
My QmitkSliceWidget is in a pop-up window. In QT3 the node selected by a
QmitkTreeNodeSelector is set as the data for the QmitkSliceWidget by just
using "void QmitkSliceWidget::SetData(
mitk::DataTreeNode::Pointer node)" function. It works fine and I visualize
the slices in the QmitkSliceWidget.

The only difference in QT4 is that I get the data from a
QmitkDataStorageComboBox. I set the node selected by the
QmitkDataStorageComboBox to the QmitkSliceWidget by using once more "void
QmitkSliceWidget::SetData(mitk::DataNode::Pointer node)" function. As a
result the QmitkSliceWidget does not show anything.

Does someone now where could the problem be?

Thank you!

Re: [mitk-users] Interaction with qmitkslicewidgets

2011-03-22 Thread Cristina Oyarzun
Hello Ingmar,

thank you for your help.

I have a last question. If I add a seed point to one of the
QmitkSliceWidgets and later on I change the view of the image that is shown
in it, will the seed point also appear in the new view of the same image?
And if I do it with VTK, will I see the added actor in every view of the
image (sagittal, coronal...)?

Thank you!

Best regards,

Cristina

Re: [mitk-users] Interaction with qmitkslicewidgets

2011-03-22 Thread Cristina Oyarzun
Hello Ingmar,

I have a pop-up window that is derived from QMainWindow and that contains
two QmitkSliceWidgets. Each QmitkSliceWidget has a different image. I want
to interact with both images by selecting points, removing them and so on.
Something similar to what one can do with QmitkPointBasedRegistration or
with QmitkRegionGrowing. I want to interact with both images independently.
I could do it using vtk, but I was wondering if I can do it by using mitk
interactors instead. I dont have any special rendering settings, I am just
showing an image in each one of the QmitkSliceWidgets.

So, I would need to have one independent interactor for each
QmitkSliceWidgets in the pop-up window. Can I do this somehow? How can I add
the interactor to each QmitkSliceWidget?

Thank you!

Best regards,

Cristina

[mitk-users] Interaction with qmitkslicewidgets

2011-03-18 Thread Cristina Oyarzun
Hello!

I have a MITK functionality that in addition to the main window has a pop-up
window. This pop-up window has two qmitkslicewidgets.

I would like to interact with both qmitkslicewidgets separately by using a
mitkPointSetInteractor to set seed points in both images. I was previously
working with PointSetInteractors in main windows which was giving me no
problems, however when I try it in the pop-up window I do not find the way
to set the interactor to a specific qmitkslicewidget.

Is it possible or do I have to interact with them by using vtk (render
window, renderer, actors and so on)?

Thank you!

Cristina
