That's strange... That used to happen when we were cross-compiling the 64bit binary with the 32bit compiler/linker. I initially thought you mean that there was a problem with RAM memory, but doesn't seem to be the case. AppVeyor seems to build fine, and on my machine it also builds. RAM usage is 4.5 previous to build, 5.5 while compiling, and then goes up to 10.5GB when linking. On the other hand, what I saw a few days ago is that it fills the temp dir with lots of files during the compilation process: it generates lots of "preamble-xx.pdb" files, ranging from 20KB up to 11MB. Actually, the commit that triggered the 5 Dec build was just a text change. I now suspect a Windows update that must be hogging up more RAM. Grrr...
