With CVS head? I don't see how this should help when there is a file
#included which does not exist in the repository. Do you have a
predict_ref.h or a file containing a init_predict function?
Seems like the current cvs cannot be compiled.
Someone (likeley Andrew ) will fix it the next time.
But Andrew has anounced it, so I concider it not to be not real problem.
You can always check out the state of the cvs some time ago.
