Hi, First upgrade to the latest version, then just copy the database files to your Mnemosyne data directory on your harddrive (typically C:\users\jacek\appdata\roaming\Mnemosyne) and start Mnemosyne. Using file - open, you can then select the database on your hard drive. I tried to import files from pendrive back to my computer using import option from pull down menu but with no result. The files I got on pendrive are in the following formats - .db_media (an empty folder), .cards and .db-journal.
