Unfortunately, I don't have a Windows 7 machine, so I can't really reproduce this. Is there anything in error_log.txt? Does you PC act strange otherwise? Did it use to work in the past? It means that there was no internet connection to upload the anonymous logs, but it is otherwise harmless, and should not be the cause of what you see... Does you PC act strange otherwise? For what it's worth, I've been running mnemosyne on Win 7 for close to a year with no issues.
