[Mobile.AI] Some doubts regarding DW Contacts

Hello listers
I have a few doubts regarding DW Contacts on my Xolo Q700. I have many
contacts with multiple numbers, home, work, mobile, telephone ect. But
when I try calling using DW Contacts, it straightaway calls the first
listed number without asking. I can't always remember which all
contats have multiple numbers and going into the contact details each
time is wasting a lot of time. Is there a way to make the application
ask before calling contacts with multiple numbers?
The other question I have is, when we call certain automated numbers,
like for booking gash or even the customercare, you have to follow
certain prompts and dial certain digits to get to the option of your
choice. But ones the call is made, I can't find a way to access the
dialpad when the call is live. Is there a way to do that? Otherwise
contacting the customercare itself would be next to impossible so I
feel there has to be a way, but I just can't figure it out. The other
question I have is a more general one, How do I activate the
loudspeaker when I am on a call?
