Hi,

The app is not available for downloading on Playstore and the link in the
mail from Harish sir would allow you to download the *.APK file (Android
installer) and you can copy it to your phone/Memmory card and running the
installer would show you the normal actions as you install any app from
Playstore. It would ask you for the App pppermissions and clicking on
Install button should start the instalation . There no separate settings
that are required to be changed. However, the app has its own settings
which you would need to set after instalation.

I haven't been able to locate the app on playstore, and I would like
to know whether we can download it from the link given earlier. If so,
is there any need to make any settings changed to install the app?

Friends
I have tried this GPS app and I can certainly recommend it. It is the
best
GPS app I have come across.
It is generally accessible. However, if you check the accessibility
option
under plugin, the accessibility experience becomes simply wonderful.

It works both in online and offline mode. You can update the maps
directly
from the app. There is turn by turn navigation and autocorrection of
route
is also available.

It also has a built in compass. I tried it yesterday and I can say I
love
it.

Warmly
Harish Kotian

Nuance TALKSZOOMS Version 5.50
Release Notification

1. Introduction

We proudly announce the release of the Nuance Accessibility Suite -
Nuance TALKS and ZOOMS - Version 5.50 supporting Series 60 3rd Edition
/ 5th Edition / Symbian^3.

Version 5.50 is a free upgrade for all Premium Edition licenses
generated after November 13th, 2007 (the release date of TALKS 3.50
for 3rd Edition). In particular, this means that it can be installed
by any customer who is currently able to run version 4.11 or 5 without
requiring a new license.

Please note that, as in previous versions, ZOOMS screen magnification
is supported only on Series 60 3rd Edition and 5th Edition phones.

1.1. Status

As you all know, TALKSZOOMS is an application that operates on the
Nokia/Symbian platform. In October 2012, the Nokia Belle Feature Pack
2, widely considered the last major update for Symbian, was released
and the Symbian Signed program closed on January 1st 2014. Without
further Symbian updates and the vital signing process, Nuance
Communications regrettably cannot create further releases of the
TALKSZOOMS application. Nuance Communications will however continue
to support and champion TALKSZOOMS while it is still viable to do so
and within the available technical options.

Nuance TALKSZOOMS has been a pioneering application in the area of
Mobile phone accessibility and was an innovative tool in providing
access to handset content. We would like to extend our gratitude for
your support of the TALKSZOOMS solution since its inception near the
turn of the century. You helped make Nuance TALKSZOOMS the first
choice for mobile screen access during more than 10 years!

Thank you!

1.2. Alternative Accessible Applications

As the availability of Symbian phones is further declining, Nuance
Communications in partnership with Code Factory S.L invites you to try
Mobile Accessibility for Android; our Screen Reading solution for the
Android platform. Enjoy using a robust Screen Reading solution with a
familiar set of Text-To-Speech voices for the world's most popular
mobile platform. Visit Code Factory on:

http://www.codefactory.es

In addition, we are excited to offer an accessible keyboard for
Android. Nuance Swype now provides Text-To-Speech feedback to users of
the popular Swype keyboard application. Find out more on:

http://whatsnext.nuance.com/swype-keyboard-more-powerful-and-personalized/

Nuance Communications does not have immediate plans to develop and
productize new screen readers for mobile handset platforms. We will
however continue to work closely with our many partners in the
industry and in particular in the accessibility markets to make
available our market-leading Text-To-Speech voices in many
accessibility products across different platforms and applications.

2. Changes to the list of supported phones

There are no changes to the list of supported phones in the version.
See section 6 for a full list of compatible handsets for this version.

3. What's New?

This section lists the improvements of TALKSZOOMS 5.50 compared to
the previous version (5.31).

3.1. New version of Vocalizer:

* Vocalizer 5.61.2: this version includes the latest updates from
ongoing Vocalizer product development, with various improvements
across several languages and voices.
3.2. Interface

* Better support for Standby-screen icons such as missed calls, new
messages and voicemail.
* Improved focus in notifications on the Standby-screen when using
the Nokia theme.
* Improved virtual-keyboard support when entering a WLAN-Key.
* Improved recognition of North American formatted phone numbers.
3.3. Phone

* Added support for conference drop call and private screens.
* Reduced stuttering of screen contents when initiating phone calls.

Hello, when you issue the first USSD command on an android, the screen
that is displayed has 3 parts. 1. the command result and further
alternate actions represented by a number each. For banking you may be
asked to enter your username/password.

2. the edit box where you have to enter the desired option. and
3. two buttons cancel and send.
So after you have decided what option to go for, you must double click
on the edit box and enter whatever option you want to go for. Then you
can either double tap the send button or simply press the enter key.
Depending on the circumstance the same process may be repeated with
different options. Obviously you can press the cancel button if you
decide not to proceed.
