Dear all, Firstly, I am using a Motorolla G second generation running Kit Kat 4.4.4 I am facing an issue while changing my device's volume through Settings Sounds Volumes A person using the same device told me that I had to double tap and long press and then swipe left and right on the seek controls, depending on whether I wanted to increase or decrease the volume of the corresponding media. However, that doesn't work on my phone. I did put up a review on the Playstore for the TOI app but not much seem to have changed since then. But we should keep at it, and the more people contact these developers, the better. By the way, the National Carrier Air India has released an obnoxious Android app that is utterly useless. I did post a review, and send a general feedback over the AI website, and also emailed the developer team. I got an encouraging response, there was an email response that said their technical team is looking into how to fix the issue, and I got a call as well. So we shouldn't give up just because some developers do not respond. Said that, the TOI lot seems rather disinterested... And also, if some of you can post reviews or contact the AI team regarding accessibility issues, may be we can push the case that is already moving.
