Dear sir,
Blind accessibility keyboard is available in play store at rs. 100.
Double tab typing is very much possible. When you open
you will get entire pc key board layout. apart from this, there are
options such as select all, undo, redo,  copy and paste etc.
You can also dictate using voice input option.
