Look at the android one phones just launched. I happened to lay my hands on the spice dream uno and I was quite satisfied with it. The best thing about these phones is that they come with stock android under direct supervision of google and will get the upgrade to next major version i.e. android L. You can also look at moto E or new Moto G which have good hardware specs and also have stock android.
