Hi, the question is about a budget Android Tablet and in my view google nexus cannot be catagorised as budget tablet. so far as the accessibility is concerned, I am of the opinion that larger than 5-6 inches size may reduce the accessibility. As you pointed out, locating items on the screen may become a simpler task with a larger screen size, but well thats about it. Tablets and mobiles just differ in screen size, so there isn't any advantage Tablts can have over mobiles.
