Samsung Grand GTI 9082 will be a good choice in that range. For last 2 months I am using the same. It is very much accessible mobile. With out any third party apps we can do all the task. Hello, I am using a sony phone and it is best to avoid sony for reasons of accessibility. It would be better if you go for samsung devices in that range. The custom UI that sony has implimented makes accessibiitty tardy.
