hi, Voice-over works perfectly for me during a call. move your phone away from your ear then the screen gets activated, now if you are in phone app, the focus lands on keypad. to hide the keypad tap the hide keypad at the bottom right part of the screen just above the home button and access other options. as long as your phone detects that it is near your face it deactivates your screen. If you are using a head-phone Voice-over should function normally. for IVR calls, the only way i find to enter numbers is to have the phone away from ear. after the out speaker gets activated, you can dial the desired number listening to voice-over. looks hard in the beginning but after bit practice seems ok for me.
