After some experimenting and tinkering, I've finally linked the
MochiKit Customizer from the download web page:
http://www.mochikit.com/download.html
It is available in two flavors, both for 1.4.2 (upcoming) and svn
trunk. And is also included in the full zipped install file (in the
packed subdirectory). Thanks to Bob for the suggestion!
Along with this, I've also changed the default packed version to
include all modules (i.e. also DragAndDrop and Sortable) so that they
are visible to the customizer. Hope nobody minds that change.
