Re[2]: Mod_perl tutorials
Good morning... I for one...would like to see some tutorials. I am just starting to use mod_perl and it hard getting a firm start. I've had zero (0) responses to my offer of my "Introduction to mod_perl" tutorial. If nobody's interested in increasing the number of mod_perl programmers through tutorials, then the only other option I can think of is strategically-placed success stories. I know that perl.oreilly.com is making a point of collecting Perl success stories and is always hungry for more. They won't convert the unwashed there, though. It'd sure be nice to have a WebTechniques special issue on mod_perl. Hint, hint, Randal :-) Nat THIS MESSAGE MAY CONTAIN PROPRIETARY OR CONFIDENTIAL COMPANY INFORMATION. It may do exactly what you want and if it doesn't it'll give you some ideas on how to do what you want. Remote Hosting
Does anyone have an idea of how to set up a remote host request. I am attempting to set up a web system where the user makes a request and it is process from one server to another. The remote server will return a file that will be formatted in a web page. I already have the formatting done...it is the connection and requesting from the remote server giving me the problem. I tried to run the remote shell (remsh ) but that failed. Any ideas would be appreciate. Allen
