ek, Had various similar problems with IE 5.0 and 5.5. This was particularly frequent with the first version of IE 5 released, when installed on w98. BrowserMatch in srm.conf needs to be maintained for IE 5. I duped the entry for IE 4. This seams to fix most problems.
