co-maintainer for Net::SAML2

Hi Chris, and modules list, Net::SAML2 is about to stop function as it
only supports SHA1 certificates and modern SSL libraries block weak
certificates. I have a github repo [1] with some community [2] and
personal fixes to address this and some other fixes, which I'd like to
ship.

Would it be possible for me to become a co-maintainer? My PAUSE ID is JFEARN.

FYI I am using the updated module for use in a SAML2 Authentication
extension for Bugzilla, which I'll be submitting when this module is
updated in CPAN.
