Thanks for that. I have given Karen Etheridge (ETHER) first-come on 
Eval::Closure (and Graham Knop (HAARG) has co-maint).

Given your general comment on permissions, I’ve given Graham first-come on 
Stream::Buffered as well.

Given your comments, we (PAUSE admins) will take this as a general permission, 
but will only give permissions to appropriate applicants.

Adoption of Eval::Closure

Hi Jesse,

I'm emailing you wearing my PAUSE admin hat.

If you're not maintaining it any more, are you happy for the Moose cabal to
be given first-come (and co-maints) on Eval::Closure? It only has 15 direct
dependents, but three of them are heavyweights, resulting init being pretty
far up the CPAN river.
