I would not really want to mix something from Mono with something from dev.mysql.com, nor should it be suggested. You can find it here : http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/connector/net/1.0.html To install, unzip binary, then : gacutil -i ByteFX.data.dll This line will install MySQL connector in the Global assembly cache, so when you reference it with -r:, compiler will find it. You must modify the build process of your project. What are you using? Makefiles, MonoDevelop, Visual Studio?
