2019-03-03 Thread Tom Martin

glad to see Tochis and jeffare still on MOPO!
its funny how many people over 24 years i was lucky to meet onthe
site...

I have been dealing with myown legal issues..on my 42 yearold trademark
that was challenged intheUSpatentoffice
Its considered incontestable after 6 years canonly be challenged
underone thing

ifyou abandon theuse ofthe name...
fact is ive neverabadoned the na,me andmopo posts shouldprove
it...Notonly havea sold alltheitems listed onthe mark,,but actually more
and broader then most as over the 42 years i went into making movie
memorabilia for every studio on earth, also in
Gemany.Italy,austrailia,japan.sweden.UK...

sothis China firme withdeep poscker decidedtosteal my nae by filing
false statements with theuspto.

well the atty filed a withdrawal fthe cancellation last friday...however
it does not say with prejidice so that meaans technically it can be
reopend which is cauing me much loss oftime as i had toanswer the
alegation myselfinthepatentoffice

yep perfectspeller tom filed a answer..by myself..at sametimeits
beeneducational..
To giveyou someinfoa suit typically costs 220K-400K yo defend ..so this
DFGproductionsatty said well coexsist with us...inotherwords..k
let them be dream Factory also to release movies content .tshirts
boks..andmemotrabilia..

In myopinion it would cause dilution ofthe mark and confusion..
wheni was asked well why didnt you complain about Spielbergs Dreamworks
as they could confuse you with him orvse versa...
I said to Linwood Dunnwhoasked methat..I said look Stevenb and Zemeckis
andCapra are myalltime fave directorsIfsomeone confused me with
themI could only benefit..bec they have doesome of my facve films
ever...

thats why i never complained...Speilberg anddreamworks I was told paid
over 400K to get the clearence ofthe namme which i dont eventhing ever
fot a registration® is onlywhenyou geta federaltrademark

Ive made close to 5 millioninsales over the life of the mark as i
startedin1977...as ive stated inposts on mope i want todo more for kids
andthe industry to use my history forgood stuff..
by the way everone knws i believeinGod..andi believeallHollywoods
spirits are watching me andthis sad event...matterof facet..leah adler
stevens mm..amd Debbie Reynolds, Carrie fishers..I feel are saying dont
give up///as all hollywoods dreamers were people like walt disney,Capra,
Mel Blanc ..all had similar storys rtrials andtribulations..

Ive almost considered it my right f passageas Ive learned so much...
wheni think about itall Ive been so lucky to evenget this far..the
hardest part is the fearofloss ...Mysales have been small as i recovered
froma divorce in2000 had to buy a new home..car,,andstart on ebay like i
did in1977 ne sale at a time..i had many cutomers that knew me so I wa
abletodo bulk deals andi supply museums...likeabe lincold...matterof
facet stevendonated Lincoln costumes..to the abe lincoln as i made them
a movie camera replicaals Aenld schwarzennegger bout like 1000
clapboards in2007 while he was governorof Califrniai made my movie
reel clocks ,,sold books ,stills magazines..and still haveoodles...i am
justslower..I paid my sales and feder taxes..schedule c..Ive kept my
website up andmy facebook dreamfactory andHollywood dream factry up...my
dreamfactory on ebay.a po bxallthe fees.I paid the patet office
uspto the 1000 fee to keep current..andi did this inspit of surgerys on
my eyes...I just sold dirtyharry and a betles pic

the funnypart is i have memorabilis going back t wheni stard 1977 and
before going back to 20s 30s and 40s 50s...I also sell pop
culture..toys comics..andactuall filmamker gearlikeold projectors...ive
advertised inallthetradepaperslikebig reel, movie collectrs
world..classsic images..starlog.premire ,Rolling stone...

I reinvested aall my money back intothebusiness...like many have
done...andsurei lost money too...
Ive been attacked before andin1993 so this is the 2nd timethis was
very very stressfulas my entire life was entertainment andHollywood
dream Factory® i want tothank my friends for supportandthank God...andmy
customers.
I told the atty whatif his law license was taken away would he be
stressed???
like Michael Coen...as I amsure his stres is more then mine..so I feeel
sympathy for him...
I just told the infringers to cease and desist..thatwas all andthey
wentahead andstillfiled a application...thepatent office denied

[MOPO] FA: 399 linenbacked posters close in HOURS in Part I of eMoviePoster.com's March Major Auction

2019-03-03 Thread Bruce Hershenson
Just a few HOURS left until the 399 linenbacked posters of all types that
ship in standard tubes in Part I of eMoviePoster.com's March Major Auction
start to close at http://www.emovieposter.com/agallery/sort/4/15.html and
there are still SEVENTY SIX of these linenbacked posters currently under
just $20 each!

And many of the rest of these LINENBACKED posters are also under the cost
of linenbacking alone (sometimes way under!). And even many of the highest
priced ones are under the price where the same or similar posters have sold
for in the past.

If you like to make great buys on honestly described posters, THIS is the
auction for you, but you need to go to the above link very soon and check
these out, because in a just few HOURS, these will all be going, going,
GONE (and all have NO reserves, and NO buyers premiums)!
