had asked that they help me...and suggested mHollywood dreamFactory cold 
eb used as thename forthe new Oscars ® museum..TomHanks and bob Iger are 
cochairman...als I knew Disney undestands trade marks well and has a 
team of attys..
My dispute intheuspto was thendropped by the beverlyhills atty..withdrew 
withprejuduice..that means its dismissed...
Now i also had asked Arnold schwarzennegger,,leslie Zemckis Todd fisher 
and manyotherforhelpas a trademark lawsuit can cost 220-400K aloneso 
I filed myanswer myself in courtand asked forGods will be 
dne...icanonlyimaginethatwalt knew mypains as impart blind and 
spentsince nv 2017 onthis matter...with very little funds...as you have 
seen mystoryson mopopso Imnotsure if everone helped me...or 
thecongresswoman.orFBI,or us attyoffice,,Disney ,Arnold 
,Leslie,Sielberg, Tood fisher,,Or thespirits ofall Hollywod..but it 
seemstobeheaded ina better direction.
meanwhileI cant find any damn posters samSarwitz needs,,andi didnt win 
Johnny dar.andi could not get Shatner to soign a plate while inTown 
todonate tothe nonprofitpopculture heros --that helps stop bullies 
inschools...buti wontstoptrying..justlkeDisnet\ didnt...he passed awaay 
at65,,im 62 soI always liked Disney,theyalways paid me...and were 
kind...whenRoyleftwas the time it was tough as they were changinglots 
intheproducts.I passed ona order of walts 75th anni as i 
didntwanttocut quality ,,itwas a 7/00 orderandi could have used the 
money butI refused toloweri said hes my hero I want to pullallthestops 
andraise the quality to walts standards.so its kinda funnyas 
waltlost his 1st toonOswald therabbit to a suitwith Lemmle Universal..it 
broke his heart...andhe had tosell his movie camer for 40.00 ...thenhe 
had ube Iwerks comeup witha new toon Mickey and the rest is 
history,the original garage of Disnets brotherwas availible for 10K 
whenistarted inthe biz..i thught itsould be a shrine toDreamers 
lkewalt...he also made minature things in his shed behind his home as 
heliked smallstuffhe did so much formerchadisin g 
,memortabilia...andthe technical partofsould 
andfilmpresentationsbetween him andmelblanc...and another 
guyipersonally metinsuncity walterclintona animator...whodid wild and 
wolfy withtex averyI seem to meetallkinds ofanimation people inthis 
bis...evenother voice talents are from my town lke daws butler,,,and i 
think cliff edwards was a UKe playetr as is warren Buffett,,,so we all 
pick toolikeautryand oy Rogers...


Im looking forward to the new Hanks film Mr Rogers ...as fred was

Well, your short note about the Disney acquisition of Fox just ate up my Sunday morning. My coffee slowly went cold as I went down the rabbit hole of the accompnaying stories. A story indeed, and a story that breeds a monumental litter of mini-stories.

And as far as the Hollywood Dream Factory™.unless they print it in capital letters I wouldn't call my my lawyers yet.

But it does make you wonder. Lawsuits have been won and lost on much less...but I'm just a dumb old guitar player trying to stand up for four sets a night
