boy just gave me a flashback from 1971

I was expelled fromHigh school because inart class i drew a pictureof 
Led zepplin onstage...withMarshall stacks it was like heavy metaland as 
i was doing the detail crosshatch onthe marshall Cabs,, a kid said why 
dont you belike therest of us,,and do florals as the teacher 
asked,,I said be like the rest???i am happy doing led zepplin bec i 
love musicandso i squrited thekid with thepurple tempura paintand 
said get w away from me as it was he in my face hasseling me



so thesrt teacher entered and hands flaining blamed me saying i dirupted 
his hclass!!!I just wanted to do my thing ,and make art of whati 
loved,,,
so next i was inthe principla Office...I was 15 ou cant quit tillage 
16..so i got exppelled...tgheprinciplat says Martin youareonly the 2nde 
guyive everexpelled...the 1st was Mark Farner fromGrand Funk 
Railroad,,,I said that yousire youll never regret it...I went got part 
time jobs and started playinginnite clubs at age 15 by age 17i was in 
Johnnyand the hurricaes,,,never gota big deal but I have had a ride and 
met so many cool people inMusic ,movies,tv and industry I haveno 
regrets,,
Myson was the best experiencei ever had..and a fewtimes imade good 
money..andthe bestpart ive been ableto do whatiloved for 42 
yearsanything else will be gravy,,ifI could help others and give 
back and inspire kidswould be  my final goal and make sure my kids ok 
and familyand friends...

years as its only a little over  100 yeras..to think i was allowed 42 
yearsboggles my mind
