[MOPO] Shipping charges increasing

I guess it's little surprise, but both the USPS and FED EX are going to
increase shipping charges next year.  Fed Ex will go up a net increase
of 3.5%

Actually, prices have already been increased with both 
UPS and Fed Ex for when you scan receipts, there usually is a charge 
that says "fuel tariff or surcharge" that is usually 3-4% of 
the total.
