Saw golden crowned kinglets at Minnesota Valley Refuge headquarters on the 
small loop path.
Belted Kingfishers at ponds near Old Cedar Avenue bridge.

Approx. 9 a.m.

One very confused looking Chukar on the east shoulder of the road. Game farm
escape?

Observed by Suzanne Gucciardo (biologist at Grand Portage National Monument,
Cook Co.) and Glenn Fuchs (Environmental Tech for Anoka Co. Parks and Rec.)
