Hi All— On my blog this noon I posted photos of a Ruby-throated Hummingbird bathing at Funky Gardens nursery in Washington Co. (just north of William O’Brian State Park. In the last of three photos, the bird appears to be banded. Does anyone know of a researcher banding hummingbirds in the area? (Most banders do not band hummingbirds, as doing so requires special permits and bands.)
