Hi All—

On my blog this noon I posted photos of a Ruby-throated Hummingbird bathing
at Funky Gardens nursery in Washington Co. (just north of William O’Brian
State Park. In the last of three photos, the bird appears to be banded.
Does anyone know of a researcher banding hummingbirds in the area?  (Most
banders do not band hummingbirds, as doing so requires special permits and
bands.)
