[mssms] Removing Apps from 1709

In the past when I built my 1607 image, I used Niehaus's script, seen here: 
https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/mniehaus/2015/11/11/removing-windows-10-in-box-apps-during-a-task-sequence/.
  Worked great.  Went to go use it again, as I build our new 1709 image (we 
skipped 1703), and am not having the same success.  Packages that I select with 
that script, are indeed removed after imaging, but they soon come back.  They 
are still listed in the app list, and soon rebuild themselves.  Can't just 
right click and delete from the menu either (that would be too easy).   Some 
packages (Code Writer, Eclipse Manager, etc.) appear that were never detected 
with the script to begin with.  I'm curious how others are dealing with image 
building and removing unwanted apps in their 1709 image.
