Huh? Are you telling that a game that is converted to MSX2 is not an MSX2
 game?

Not exactly: I am telling that is not a version, it is a conversion.
I think that the word conversion is more accurate in this case.

New MSX2 version of La Abadia del Crimen

2001-04-26 Thread Ivan Latorre

Hi all

Armando Perez Abad has sent a message to the spanish
msx mailing list (HispaMSX) informing us that a new MSX2
version of La Abadia del Crimen has been released. This
game was originally made for MSX1 (that was a conversion
of the Spectrum game).

It's quite impressive the improvement of the graphics (from
the MSX1 Speccy conversion to the new MSX2 version).

Look!:

Well, it´s not a MSX2 version: it´s the MSX2 conversion of the
MSX1 game; exactly the same game with the same graphics but now
in colour (and very well coloured ;-)

Huh? Are you telling that a game that is converted to MSX2 is not an MSX2
game?

In that case, many MSX2 games that I have are actually not MSX2 games but for
example arcade games (like bubble bobble, arkanoid 2, etc).

Just my 2 Eurocents ;-)

Kind regards,
