[music-dsp] New tool to create audio plug-ins quickly

Hi all,

I would like to share with you a tool that can help you design/test 
algorithms and create audio plug-ins very easily.


Note: This tool is not free, but we have education pricing, and we try 
to use it to promote open source DSP development and education.


Initially created for teaching DSP and for in-house plug-ins 
prototyping, Plug'n Script has now reached a new milestone and can be 
used to create and distribute your own audio plug-ins in most common 
plug-ins formats, without having to deal with anything else than pure 
DSP programming (although it also includes several GUI design options).
