I don't think so, but you _can_ pipe the message to a script that counts
the addresses and does something with the result. Or emits further mutt
commands based on the cout, etc.

Hello,
I received a mail that was sent to about 200 people.
To count the addresses I copied-paste the to in a file and 
I counted the commas that separate the addresses. (with awk or perl)

Is there a way to count the addresses directly in mutt ?
