[MLO] Filter by Context in iPhone not working correctly
When I filter by one context in Inbox view in iPhone, it continues to show tasks that do not belong to that context. Does this feature really work? What am I doing wrong? -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups MyLifeOrganized group. [MLO] Re: multi user environment
Hello, It can be used by several users as long as everybody share the entire base. Just connect to the same cloud file. But if you want to share only specific branches, here enter the branch sync option, only available with the Wifisync, which is limited in some ways (geographic, etc.) Olivier Le mardi 11 février 2014 06:06:39 UTC+1, Cristian Anastasiu a écrit : Can MLO be used in a multi user environment and if not are there any plans to make it available for multiple users? -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups MyLifeOrganized group. [MLO] Re: multi user environment
Hi, Christian There are many ways to manage a multi user environment. It would help to know what you have in mind. My friend Olivier has covered some of the possibilities. Q. Can many users share a single license? A. If you are using the free license you can get a license for everyone. If you are getting the pro license you can install it on several computers as long as they all belong to, and are used by one person, other people need their own licenses. Q. Can you install a single copy of MLO on a shared device that multiple people access? A. I have not seen this addressed but I would guess it's okay so long as there is only one user at a time. If you want to check this, contact supp...@mylifeorganized.net Q. can you get a deal on a multi-user purchase of multiple licenses A. Don't know, ask supp...@mylifeorganized.net Q. Can multiple people, each with their own copy of MLO, share tasks? [MLO] Re: Rich......text......notes......(gasp!)....
Seriously though, I know this has been brought up before but I would like to see rich text notes make it into version 5 at least. From what I understand, RTF can't be ported to the mobile devices? Is it because rich text notes can't be added to the mobile apps or because it would slow down the sync? If the latter, perhaps make the notes on the mobile devices read only. Just an idea. I know of another task management software that has managed to sync rich text notes on their tasks to a web app and the rich text notes can be viewed from the mobile app. This would be great for recurring tasks where you just needed to jot down a few action items using bullet points and crossing them off using the strike-through feature. For me, this would add the icing on the cake as far as MLO would be concerned. I would like to see this in the next version at least, if not in version 4.
