[MLO] How to configure auto created work spaces in MLO 5 to sync to first work space

2018-06-04 Thread Richard D.
Hello. I normally keep the set of work spaces I use on a regular basis
locked so I don't inadvertently change stuff I don't want to permanently
change. When I click on a different view within one of these locked work
spaces MLO automatically creates a new work space, which is fine. However,
I'd like the newly created work space to be automatically set to sync to
the first work space. Is there a way to configure MLO 5 to do that? I've
read through the documentation, but don't see any place to set that
behavior. I know I can manually configure the work space, but that's a bit
inconvenient to the way I work. Thanks.

Thanks all. I was under the impression if I purchased the cloud sync I
didn't need a Pro subscription for my iphone as well. I'll get the license.

I appreciate your time.

[MLO] Re: MyLifeOrganized 5 public beta is out!

2018-06-04 Thread Stéph
Hello Lukasz (and Michael),

I think you can customise the filter so that only main projects are shown
and sub-projects are not included. Try setting this up in the Advanced
filter:

isProject AND

TopLevelProjectName is empty

Best regards,
Stéphane

[MLO] Re: Is there a way to have a recurring task show up in the active tasks for the next occurance?

2018-06-04 Thread Stéph
Hello Bibhash,

Reminders settings work with recurring tasks, in the same way as with other
tasks. Just set the reminder to suit your current start and due date and it
will give you the same advance warning for the following recurrences.

Stéphane

[MLO] Sub-projects appear as two projects instead of one in a projects view

2018-06-04 Thread 'Michael Emerald, CFA' via MyLifeOrganized
I agree. In my words, a sub-project shows up as two projects. There's
probably a way around this, but is there on the Android platform ?

P.s. I changed the subject name

How do i prevent sub folders to show up on the list again?

Did you try DPI settings in the launcher of MLO?

I have 4K monitor but running 1080p only and I have no problems with 1080p.
Have yet to test it on 4K.
