Pretty much same here.
I used to enter time effort, and target my total time, but now I use flags to group tasks by priority, ignoring time. The only slight exception is that a “*” in the caption indicates that it is a quick-task, one that can be done with other similar ones quickly. I used to enter 2 minutes in effort, but now I use the “*”.
