[MLO] Organizing Project View for more options besides "In Progress" and "Not Started"

Is there any way to tweak the Project View to show more than "In Progress" 
or "Not Started"?

I want to prioritize my not started projects so that the important ones are 
closer to the top and and less important closer to the bottom. Ideally it 
would look something like this:

In Progess
Not Started - Important
Not Started - Do Later

I want to avoid having to read through the list and scanning each project 
title.

OR...

Is there a way simply to group more important projects toward the top?

[MLO] Can I use same registration to use MLO on two different computers (work and home)

I use MLO on two different computers (will synchronize from same file). Do 
I have to pay twice? It is not working when I put in the same registration 
key.
