what does the unauthorised access means
the ip and password's are same in both the commands.cfg and ns.ini file
Whats the exact problem can u figure it out
I have tried to reinstall it also but same problem can you help me??

Hi , I have a problem while monitoring the windows machine,i'm getting the error as couldnot fetch information from server. I have reconfigured the whole thing on the windows client and host linux machine but i'm getting same error.
