As Scott said, the foundation of what NAnt and CruiseControl.NET do hasn't changed very much. The book shows methods for getting things done, and general instructions for how to set things up; it's not necessarily a cookbook for how to accomplish any single task, though there is an element of that in some examples. I've always found the NAnt documentation to be pretty easy to understand with regard to the nitty gritty functionality of any given version of the software. Same with CruiseControl.NET. Yes. With all software they progress. The great thing about NAnt is that the foundation is very solid and does not change much. This book is an end to end methodology of how to build continuous build system with NAnt and other tools. The way to use NAnt, building and tasks and all of that are basically unchanged. The latest documentation on the version you have is your best resource for the final say as to what your version on NAnt can do. You will get a lot of mileage from this book.
