Thanks for the reply. I tried 6v on the left two pins but not getting 
expected results. I went to the CUI web site and searched but no datasheet 
so I sent a requested. No response yet.

Larry,
You might check with CUI (cui.com); they bought Tectrol a few years ago and 
might still have data on Tectrol products.

If the pinout of this converter conforms to the majority of ones that I 
have seen, the two pins on the left would be the input.
As this was intended for VFDs, I would expect that the top two pins on the 
right would be the 30 VDC output and the bottom three would be the 3.7 VAC 
filament output, with a center tap. Often the center tap is either grounded 
or perhaps elevated a few volts DC for cathode bias when used with 
multiplexed displays.
