This "ATmega328P on COM1" is only the port it *tries* to connect to. You 
should go into "Tools" and then into "Port" and try a different port.
Usually COM1 is a default port, I don't really know if any program is using 
it. But I always see it as avaible and it never is the port Arduino is 
using.

 rules. If it doesn't, then upload the arduino code with the DST enabled.

[neonixie-l] Looking for IN-8-2 fine grid Nixie tubes

I'm looking for 6 new/NOS (matched) IN-8-2 fine grid Nixie tubes. I'm not 
interested in normal grid or used ones!
I want to stock them as a replacement set for my clock.
