Language, Cataract, Silence

If language was the presentation of truth, there would be no
present. Tense is already gone by the time it is spoken. The
past tense isn't umbrella. That refers to nothing existence
existent in the future. Tense as always already passed by, the
time it is spoken and it's a chimera. Now it's referred to
nothing except categories which exist in the mind's eye in which
fail in relationship to tolerances. Personifications, the
personal histories, everything slides. everything slides.
nothing it's stable when you turn your head one way or another,
the same changes an alternative and alterably. . but while it's
changing, you may still be saying I see a tree and that refers
to nothing but a memory of something that's already engraved in
the mind and has been given the absence of a name and
relationship to the past. And an inconceivable future where
nothing will be spoken that you know and your language will
already be uninterpretable. Unimaginable, untranslateable and
unmeaning. It's the fragility of what we say in relationship to
what we do. I know from playing instruments that there are so
many strata going on simultaneously that it's impossible to tell
one from another to dissect them to make them speak with voices
that are so linear that they're impossible. the music itself
disappears as soon as it's made. . in a sense, the music has
already disappeared before. It was made before the when there
was nothing because

because when it was made, it was already prefigured
preconfigured, the movements were already starting the muscles
were already being toned in the memory was already scratching
and circulating looking for something or other that would then
be reflected in something or rather in the real world. . it's
all this, it's always all this diffusion diffusion. The only
thing that isn't is death because you have to death, however,
blurred that boundary may be, there is really nothing you might
say or might be said to you. there is nothing to be understood
or that might be understood by you. it's always oh, it's always
already gone. just as before your birth. That's always already
gone for others. But not for you can look back. It's almost with
a sense of condescending and inconfigure or preconfigure. What
they were on about as far as you know and as far as you know is
all there is to know and that is what concerns you about them
and what no longer concerns them about you.

[NetBehaviour] game theory game

2023-11-27 Thread Alan Sondheim via NetBehaviour

game theory game

https://youtu.be/B8NvfPLH8B0 video

this is the game theory game. for the past three years i have
played a word game on my 15 year old zaurus. it is similar to
scrabble. i must make decisions whether a word is acceptable or
not. i search for rare patterns, for example the resulting game
extremely short with no more moves; the game with an overall
geometry; the game which avoids most of the corners and mid-
lines (edge middles); the game with other peculiarities such as
density or despair; the games with extremely high scores. many
of the final positions have been saved. i think i probably
played 2000 or so games beginning through covid including my
covid. here are some of the more interesting final positions,
and you may admire through archaeological processes of your own,
what transpired in them, in other words conundrum. the images
are sideways with a few other things thrown in. the soundtrack
is, well, the soundtrack whose source is another mystery from
the 1980s surely, between dallas and buffalo and providence.
in order to figure out the game through your investigations,
i must say, there is no answer, and in fact, as in life as well,
everything unravels, faster or slower, and everything unravels
everything. head turned sideways, as mine often is, i would
slow, stop, and ponder, and perhaps something will come to mind.
