Indeed it is. The build wasn't available yet, but the PR had been merged
(thanks Geertjan), so I just updated from master and built the source again.

I've now been able to get all the way through the profiler spec under
JDK10 with no show-stopping bugs found. We'll see at Friday's online
meeting whether the rest of the tribe is in agreement!

Just finished the Maven Support Test Specification for Linux - Other (i.e.

Re: GUI Builder Tribe

2018-04-04 Thread Efrem Mc
Good morning, I would suggest either continue your test on the current and
retest the entire spec with the latest build that address that fix. Or use
the latest build, and restart from the beginning to reduce testing twice.
If you read the artifact it states what fixes are incorporated into the
incubator build. We need to hear from other team members on their updates
and status.

That's fine. You can just skip it. So, can I assign the DB spec to you?

Subject: [db] Progress of DB testing

Hi Database tribe,

this is a kind reminder about test run for 9.0 version finishing in
a week from now on 4/12 and it seems that only Efrem McCrimon
volunteered to test database drivers and connectivity. Unfortunately, it
seems that he is still at 0%.

Can somebody from the Database tribe help him and test the databases
integration on some other platform or does it mean that we will not have
that area tested at all in Apache NetBeans 9.0 GA release?

Thanks for your prompt reply.

Best regards,

[editor] Progress of Java Editor testing

2018-04-04 Thread Jiří Kovalský

Hi Java Editor tribe,

this is a kind reminder about test run for 9.0 version finishing in
a week from now on 4/12. To date it seems that only Jose J. Rodriguez
completed testing of code folding. As this is a relatively small feature
we would like to understand where your tribe stands with regards to Java
source code editing features.

Besides Jose also Constantin Drabo assigned 6 other editing features
for himself but unfortunately he didn't make any progress according to
Synergy [1]. Can somebody from your tribe help him and perhaps take over
some of the assignments on another platform(s) or does it mean that we
will not have Java editor officially tested in Apache NetBeans 9.0 GA
release?
