Leo,

It is my understanding that yes, we should be testing against the beta
version in the link you provided.

If NetBeans asks for updates, I would install them.

I don't think you need nbjavadoc to test SVN, however doesn't hurt to have
it.

If you find any issues, I would include the SVN version you are using in
the Jira ticket you create.
