More overlapping text
Using NetSurf (latest build), and having reset the font settings to their default values (which occasionally fixed this problem in the past), all the text and headings at http://www.badidea.co.uk/index.php are overlapping, making it impossible to read. -- Using, programming and promoting RISC OS - the most productive computer system in the world. Last time you said it worked ok for you, it turned out that I'd made the font sizes a lot smaller from the default, so I specifically reset NetSurf to the default values before testing this time. hotlist and global history thumbnails
NetSurf (03 Dec 2008 11:45) r5872, RO 6.10 !Scrap.ScrapDirs.IDdisabled.www.NetSurf.Cache contains about 26MB of data but, having started NetSurf, when I open the Hotlist or Global History windows, and expand all entries, _none_ of the entries displays a thumbnail. After using NetSurf for some time, the Global History window displays thumbnails of recents visits, but they don't survive NetSurf quitting and re-starting. I thought that, possibly, the data was not being saved to the Cache, but files are there datestamped only a few minutes ago. Before I make a bug report, can I ask if anyone else sees this problem? Odd. Is it worth comparing screen displays between the two of you? We have done just that in the past, but I think that this time the problem may be solved with a new test build. Netsurf r5872, DNS not working, 100% CPU usage, doesn't quit
Has anyone seen the following problems with recent test builds of Netsurf, up to and including r5872? - DNS not working (entering the IP address directly works) - 100% CPU usage - Doesn't quit (neither from iconbar menu, nor Switcher) Version 1.1 is OK. I have deleted Choices.WWW.NetSurf completely and rebooted/reloaded. No recent changes to my Iyonix, just moved up to the latest test build of NetSurf recently. I did ensure that !Boot and !System are up-to-date with the versions included in the zip. Thanks, Simon
