r12975 NetSurf failure -serious error

Accessing the testbuilds page gives a serious error and NetSurf then quits.

I remember it did that with r12551!

Please do not assume that it's appropriate to send a log file directly
to me for every issue you encounter. 

If a log file is required, then you will be asked for one by the person
best placed to deal with the problem. Invariably, this is not me!

Alternatively, report the problem on the bug tracker and attach the log
file there.
