Seriously. It's still happening in the latest build, and it doesn't
happen in 2.9. It's perfectly and trivially reproducible. If not
fixed, it will be a regression in 3.0. Round where I come from, that's
 a blocker.

I have confirmed this bug and posted a potential cause as a comment to the bug
tracker.

The initial page displays correctly but, when you click on one of the

That's with Javascript turned off. setting Javascript on means that
the main picture doesn't appear either.

I'm glad to see that the image strip is now visible again. Is there a
chance that the main image will appear, soon, when JS is on?

I'm disappointed to see that the problem is still there. When I have looked
closely as the page loads I see that with JS on the picture isn't
downloaded.

Am I the only person seeing this problem?

You could have closed the logfile without rebooting using Ian Hamilton's
CloseIt - that would have worked!

If you don't have it, get it would be my advice.

Right. Never met the problem before.

NetSurf 3 #833 on Mac OS 10.8.2 - timed out

NetSurf 2.90 on Mac OS 10.8.2 - successful

I have two problems with Netsurf.
1. Build #1013 will not connect to the internet. Still need to use 2.9. I have
VARPC
on my Mac G5 PPC OS 10.5.8.
2. On my Risc PC running 3.5 the NetSurf icon disappears with all versions I've
tried
since #734. When loaded there is a blank space on the icon bar. I can click on
it
and NetSurf appears and runs normally. The icon appears in the directory
viewer
immediately after download but disappears from the viewer leaving only the name
once the programme is loaded.

Iem 1. was the subject of some discussion in January but I haven't been aware
of a
fix. I haven't seen any comment on item 2.

Cheers, Alan in N.Z.
