Crashing after #5252
Somewhere after 3.11 (Dev CI #5252) the Radio 4 Shedule page, https://www.bbc.co.uk/schedules/p00fzl7j/#on-now, stops working. For example, #5255 crashes with the attached error log. The NetSurf website similarly fails, making reporting via the site difficult at the very least. webp file handling
As discussed elsewhere, it's great to see that .webp files are rendered by NetSurf but files dropped are ignored if they have the correct (A66) RISC OS filetype.
