 We're not making new development versions publicly available until they
 become usable, as said before.  (Although the source is available for
 people to build themselves.)
 
 Progress has been made, both in getting NetSurf into the required state,
 and in creating a more capable autobuilder infrastructure.

What is your current guess as to when dev versions will become
available again?

I want to make it clear that I understand it can only be a guess.
