There doesn't seem to be, except with table cells as they say.

As flex containers aren't implemented in NetSurf I tried for a while to
create a vertical-aligning non-flex div in a NS specific style sheet. I
gave it up as impossible but would be happy to be proved wrong.

Image/text alignment

I have been trying to get some .png images aligned with text using CSS. Is
there yet a way to do so in Netsurf?

img {vertical-align:"middle;" }
etc. do not work. 

The progress page

says "in progress - Only implemented for table cells." 


This page seems to have been "Last updated 20 December 2012" - I know -
keeping documentation up to date seems nearly as much work as the
programming!
