That is easy.  I have an old Mac, my spare lest my main one breaks down,
that is equipped with a VRPC licence and works well, though old.  It has
the latest Mac operating system.

I am prepared to lend it to someone who will work on this problem and
return the machine within six months.  I could deliver it to an address
within, say, 100 miles from London.

Who will volunteer to do this work?

I have never heard that said before, that there was anything improper
about VRPC, and certainly not that Netsurf was not rated to work on
VRPC.

If VRPC is excluded, is RPCemu excluded also?

Please give chapter and verse on these exclusions.

Sadly, the options are limited to "buy a developer a Mac and a licence
to VRPC and hope they can find the problem" and "use RPCEmu instead".

Regrettably it still does not work on VRPC on a Mac.  For all web-sites
it gives a browser time-out message after 1 (or so) milliseconds.

I have tried, with version 2.9, the latest that works on VRPC, to report
this on the bug-tracker but get "error setting certificate verify
locations".

Otherwise, on 2.9, Netsurf continues to work on many sites.

What can I do now?

(I updated Boot and System and then rebooted VRPC.)

NS 3.2, VRPC 1.7.0, RISC OS 6.20, Mac OS X 10.9.4, Mac Pro (late 2013)

The NetSurf developers are happy to announce NetSurf 3.2. This release
contains many bug fixes and improvements.

It is available to download from http://www.netsurf-browser.org/

Binaries are available now for RISC OS and AmigaOS 4 systems.

NetSurf 3.2 is primarily a bug-fix release. In addition to bug fixes and
tidy-ups, a disc cache feature has been added, and a little work has
been done to improve CSS3 support. Several of the front ends have
received quite a bit of attention, with new features and improvements;
notably the GTK, AmigaOS 4 and Framebuffer front ends. We recommend all
users upgrade.

A more detailed and complete list of changes is given below.
